Grand Lake - Achray Access Point (#22)
Location
At a point 19.2 kilometres west of Sand Lake Gate, turn left and proceed 4.8 kilometres to the access point and Achray Campground on the southeast tip of Grand Lake.
Upon the closure of the Achray Campground, the road to Achray is gated one kilometre from the Achray Campground/Grand Lake - Achray Access Point but visitors may still access the trails and the backcountry on foot from the locked gate. Permits are required for all Park use, year-round, and are available at the self-serve fee station at the Sand Lake Gate. Latitude and longitude of Access Point: 45.867061°, -77.758159°
